The technician came out and was phenomenal. Listened to my issues, quickly narrowed down the problem, corrected my issue as well as added a safeguard so it wouldn't happen again. Went above and beyond. If I have any more A/C issues I hope Bryan is my technician again.

The technician Nate, was a great honest guy. Very knowledgeable, knew what he was doing. Total price of labor was $53????? Then, when the price of the contactor was added, it was over $200 . Not Nate' s fault. The item was a Siemens 45GG10aja758r contactor. Retail everywhere else is $19-$21. Tom's Heating and Air charged us $150 for it. We are needing a new heat pump, and will definitely not use them. Also, I let everyone on Facebook know about it.
