The other day our a.c. went out for the 3rd time this summer, so we decided to call on someone new. We called Tom’s Heat and Air, and we were extremely thankful we did. The service man they sent out, Andrew C. was very accurate and explained things in detail so that we could understand everything he was doing and going to do. Andrew was a very well mannered, clean cut, guy with a great appearance to me that I thought represented the company quite well. I would so recommend this company to anyone who needed service done on their a.c. unit and or their heater. Thank you Tom’s Heat and Air, for sending out a service man that not only was good at what he does, but also didn’t mind my 4 year old out there talking to him, and your service man treating him as an equal.
